“Ashley is extremely knowledgeable, curious and articulate. I strained my shoulder lifting a heavy suitcase. It hurt for many months before I finally found Ashley and I'm thankful I did. She has a great personality for PT...she asks many questions to ensure she understands the exact issue, she is very knowledgeable about the body (and how different parts interact) and is extremely articulate is explaining the movements and exercises. Ashley has deep understanding about oral motor therapy and sleep disorders. She's very organized and at the end of each session she sends me a clear, detailed list of daily exercises with clever names for the exercise. She's also extremely nice and conversation flows easily, I really enjoy my sessions. I highly recommend Ashley!”

“My elderly mother has been attending PT at VibrantCare in San Carlos for a month and the staff is wonderful! They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient and allow the patients to take their time to finish their exercises. As an extra bonus, we are so happy that one of the PT Aids, Benson, speaks mandarin! During the Covid-19 pandemic, everyone has been wearing masks and have been taking the necessary precautions to keep the patients and staff safe. There is one big room where the patients do their PT but it never feels overcrowded or unsafe. Keep up the great work Ishani, CJ, Reeza, Sean and Benson! “I went to the San Carlos store a year ago to get measured for ski boots and was told my last (width) was 104. One year later I was measured and my last is 102. ???? Gabby was very knowledgeable and I purchased a new pair of boots. Then the manager says they can't adjust my bindings because they were too old. Since the boot length was 1 mm shorter, it was not an issue and I enjoyed skiing on them yesterday. Saved $45 and the current 10 day wait.”

“Sue is one the best instructors I have ever been taught by. She has so much wisdom and experience in aviation, which becomes very apparent the moment you start a flight lesson with her. She was not an easier instructor, she had very high standards which I was very glad for. Because she had such high standards, I knew that when she said she thought I was ready for something (such as my first solo or my first solo cross country), I knew I was really ready for it. I just completed my Private Pilots License, and the FAA examiner told me that if I ever want to go farther in aviation, I should highly consider staying with her as my instructor. The examiner also said that he thought she was one of the top instructors out there and he has always been impressed with the students she sends to him. Not only did I find Sue to be a perfect instructor but also a wonderful mentor that is always willing to help out in any way she can.”
