“I love the Gordon Biersch chain of restaurants/bars. This by far is not one of their best locations, but you do need to realize this place is in an airport. My recommendation is to bypass the wait staff & sit at the bar. If you treat the bartender with some respect (as you should), then I found him to be more than pleasant, with attentive service of both my drinks & food. After all, your options are pretty limited for "burning time" before your next flight. Make the best of it & if you ever plan on coming back again, then don't forget to tip - believe me it helps.”

“Got the "make your own crepe" and it was good, especially because I was hungry. Added chicken, bacon, tomatoes, onions, southwest chipotle sauce, and mushrooms, but they left off my mushrooms. It was conveniently located by gate 41, which was where I departed from. There's also restrooms close by. You can also get ice cream, coffee, pastries, and of course made to order crepes. I didn't care for the onions at all because they aren't regular onions and were very strong, so I'd leave them off if you don't want the whole crepe overpowered with onion taste.”

“It had probably been 20 years since I had flown out of SFO. It is so much bigger now. They did not have the shuttle train when I last used it. Luckily my wife had used it a few times recently for business trips, so it made the experience of getting to the rental cars and to the airport pain free. We have used a couple different services now, and some are certainly better than others, in regard to the upkeep of the vehicles.”
