(May 20, 2022, 4:35 pm)Needed to get a reservation for a Tow Dolly to bring a car out to Texas. I don't remember the customer service reps name, but she was super friendly and knowledgeable about tow hitches, ball drop, etc, for the dolly connection and safe towing.

(September 11, 2021, 11:40 pm)Went in last minute for a pickup truck. Previous reservation was two hours late. After making two phone calls. I was given the truck on a promise to return it my 1pm, which I did.
Truck was clean and new.
(August 1, 2020, 5:38 pm)Great customer service!! Everyone was extremely helpful. Would have gotten a 5 star, but the van we rented was filthy. With the spread of Covid-19 this was pretty concerning. :/
Thank goodness for disinfectant wipes.
