  Honest, reliable and GREAT SERVICE. To make it better they are fair in pricing. After owning a Golf TDI and a Toureg 2 I found that they are the best in the Bay Area. Always in good mood, always willing to work with the customer, what else would you want!

  I have had service performed at Burlingame Independent several times while I was working in the San Mateo area. I cannot say enough good things about Jim. He patiently answered all my picky questions, performed work as quoted and was/is an absolutely pleasure to do business with. I will always try to go back here for service, but it's not always the most convenient location for me to get to. 5+ stars. True Pros!

  Jim and the guys are great! Very trustworthy and very friendly. Called me back within the hour. Talked me through everything so I understood what the costs would be ahead of time. Were more than fair on the labor and even did an overall check of my car for no fee.
