Nice marina/park to spend some time to relax and enjoy the view of the bay, admire the yachts, see people fish at the fishing pier, and stroll along the Bay Trail. There are plenty of parking spaces, a few picnic tables with barbecue grills, and a public restroom.
This is were I live . Yes on a boat. It's a different life, just terrible when it rains .Right how the Marina is under construction. There is a pier and a restaurant ( Dominica ) only open for parties at the Yachats Club .Here are some pictures that I have taken .there more just im only allowed 50 .
The park was pretty nice. Very simple and small. I'm from Colorado so it was a great place to jog to from my hotel to watch the sunrise before I had to catch a plane home. There's a lot of rubbish around and some trash on the shore of the bay. Other than that it was very calm, pretty, and peaceful.
A bunch of old Italian guys who swam in this cove saved it from being built upon a long time ago. A road now goes through the former parking lot which makes me sad.
Over the years I have had small birthday parties there and quick get aways from the city fog.
Now it's become a massive dust bowl with more new buildings on the way.
You won't be able to see the shoreline anymore. Again sad. As long as you can still swim, fish, BBQ and walk around the water with your dog, I guess I will just have to settle for that.
A surprising hidden gem near SFO. Great place to hang out for a bit before going to the airport or dropping off your rental car. Great views of planes departing SFO. Can get windy so bring a jacket.

26 reviews of Oyster Point Marina "This review is for the easternmost pier on which to go fishing. Can you get anymore little brother big brother bonding action than fishing off a pier? Communicating with grunts while you bait a hook with anchovy. All layered up in a combination of hoodies and windbreaker jackets. Didn't catch anything but a plastic bag which was kinda funny, however did ...
