“When my PC started to randomly turn off, I thought that was it. 4 months after purchasing from a company called “iBuyPower”, which I now know is a joke of a company. Please don’t ever buy anything from them. Most, if not all products are faulty. We figured out the issue(s) after diagnostics and immediately began the process of repairing. The pricing was reasonable. Service was outstanding, adaptive, and prestigious. Thank you Neil for all that you have done. I am truly grateful. His work ethic, professionalism, and even knowledge that you passed down onto me. Being thankful is an understatement. All while working through my complicated catering schedule. I pity those who have not gotten to meet or work with him. You can tell he puts his heart into everything expanding even beyond the realms of this business. The experience went so well that we have formed a bond similar to a brotherhood after all the time we have spent together despite the minimal amount of time. He definitely is invited to the family barbecue’s whenever possible haha. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for his help. I never do reviews, but this one was worth the first. Most definitely. “My $700 Maui Jim Rx stunners needed warranty work. Ideal Vision carries Maui Jim's and Candice was super helpful in informing me of Maui Jims repair and warranty policy and what I could expect. I needed two new ear pieces and the lens recoated as they were scratched. What I recieved was a brand new pair of prescription tiger eye rose, lens and new frames FREE covered under warranty. All I paid for was shipping and handling ($16). If you've never tried Maui Jim, Rose Lens you don't know what you are missing. Details just pop. Ideal Vision took great care of me and service was speedy. I will also start coming here for eye exams, Great friendly service.”

“Small but efficient! At this location there is only one agent on duty. So, you may have to wait a little while if there is someone ahead of you. Their prices are very competitive and they have good working knowledge of flights going to the Philippines. If I still flew on PAL I would still be using their services. They take most major credit cards and there are plenty of places to eat if you have to wait for an agent.”
