“I feel like this Bank gets a bad rap. I believe this Chase Bank is one of the better Chase Banks around. It's kind of like the post office you don't want to be there lines, can be long sometimes, and you have a long wait. For a bank, this Chase Bank is one of the best. Its one of the few that have an ATM that you can withdraw thousands of dollars on inside without having to wait in line. When I don't want to wait in line for the ATM and take care of something at the teller they're usually pretty professional. Trust me, I don't go to there too often, so I do get a variety of different tellers. They all have been generally professional. However there was this one girl who was acting like she was waiting for me to help her with a over ornery attitude. I simply let the management know about her attitude and that they would gladly converse with her with more training. Problem solved. Small peanuts to the overall service this bank has provided for me.”
