I am happy to report there is a lot of ADA accessible parking and the store is quite accessible. the Serramonte parking lot is nice and flat. I think the best thing to buy at Target is probably toys and I'm pretty sure everybody agrees. everything else t!! here is kind of chancy, but I love it anyway and it's good to know that they have started carrying some new indie makeup brands!! ♥️✨????????????”
