I started working out there recently and couldn’t have been more wrong as the gym is amazing for the ladies as well! There is so much support and a lot of women there. What I love about it is the sense of community. I’ve been training with Topher and he is spectacular!! I’m learning so much about proper weight training and proper alignment to be able to do the machines with confidence. The staff are so supportive and always available if you have questions. A huge kudos as well to the awesome music and the place is pristine and so clean! Loving the classes too. Five stars all around!!”
