However, I noticed an incident where a shopper entered the store and got rid of his makeshift handkerchief mask immediately and the store attendants said nothing despite seeing him do it while I was shopping in the same area. To the store attendants and owner: Please ensure strict adherence for the mask rule to ensure other shoppers feel safe to shop inside. Step up and insist on complying by your store rules of mandatory masks for everyone. To the irresponsible shopper with handkerchief mask — Hope you show a better sense of social responsibility in your life and be a responsible citizen that cares about others’ lives during the pandemic times.”

Though my item turned out to be faulty (not the shops fault, factory issue), the owner, Josh, allowed me to return the item with no questions asked. The item was an expensive item and he was helpful in helping me figure it out through the company who produced the item however because of Covid that whole department is shut down. In conclusion of that he was more than willing to allow me to return the item at full price. It’s rare to find such professionalism And morals in the consumer world like this nowadays.
