I've used computers for years, but I don't understand how they work or how to repair software problems, and Brian has come to my rescue on many occasions. I called Brian this morning because of a problem that recently surfaced, and Brian walked me through the repair over the phone. Brian always seems to know what to do, and I find his ability to solve problems quickly pretty amazing. Brian is not only highly skilled, he is patient, approachable, and delightful to work with. Brian has been my "go-to" computer specialist for years, and I wouldn't even consider contacting anyone else. If I could give Brian more than 5 stars, I would! He's great! Thank you, thank, you, thank you, Brian!! I don't THINK Yelp will filter it, but I can't be sure. My guess, though, is that if it's still on the first page tomorrow, it will probably stay there. Let's hope! ”
