Butler Luxury

Poor quality products and unprofessional business. The business owner borderline harassed me after I returned their products.

Few months ago, I purchased 9 pieces of hangers from Butler Luxury for $255. To my disappointment, most of the hangers arrived with quality issues so I returned them via return label provided by the business. More than one month later, the business owner emailed me out of nowhere and accused me of stealing from him, even going to the length of calling me "despicable". I sent him the tracking number (which shows the status as delivered one month ago) but he continued to make aggressive comments at me. I've had poor interactions with businesses in the past, but Butler Luxury was on a whole other level - inappropriate and borderline harassment. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from Butler Luxury.
