This small but very convenient bank is in a nice shopping center that I have been with since May 4, 1976 (National Bank was the name then). The staff from the tellers, to Tammy ( I forgot her title but she is the person who says hello to us first) …and Rhoda, the bank manager, all of them always welcome you with a big smile. All I can say now is this is a very great group of bank employees who always welcome their customers with big smiles.

Super impressed. I've been a Bank of the West Customer since 1990 and I have to say from the man at the door getting me, to the banker all 5 stars. Thank you for being so nice and loved that the other banker was taking to an other man.

I have an open checking account with BOTW.....since October 2004. They have been extremely kind with me through thick and thin! They have branches wherever I have travelled. Just so comforting. Thank you Bank of the West.

The staff at the bank from Rhonda the branch manager to the newest teller are VERY friendly, calling me by name when I walk in the door, the "service bankers" take very good care of customers! They make me feel "special." Oh and they have coffee and cookies for us. Ben Ferguson
