JumpstartMD

JumpstartMD helped me to get consistent with my food choices to help me lose weight. They have an easy to follow, medically guided method with low carbohydrate, and high protein and fat, and I've been very successful so far. I'm halfway to my goal, and I've lost 60 lbs already in the last seven months. I feel much more healthy, my blood pressure and cholesterol are back into healthy ranges, and I'm determined to make it to my goal.

I really like that the method is medically based, monitored by a nurse practitioner, and they don't push things that are unproven on you. I'm looking forward to the "sustain" part of their plan to keep it off.

I would say that the cost is a little high, but my insurance pays half of it, and I feel like it's worth the cost to be so much more healthy.

I'm so glad I joined the program at JumpstartMD Los Gatos. As a result of their guidance not only am I down by more than 40 pounds I've also cut my diabetes medication in half and am on track to be off meds within the next year.
