Superior service! I was in a car accident and needed to rent a car while my vehicle was being repaired. They actually care about their customers and have been so impressed with their employees. Daniel helped me with the rectal and match the price for a SUV. Also when I dropped after hours he didn’t charge me extra.

The team at the Campbell, CA location are always nice and friendly. I appreciate that they take the time to make sure to walk through the car details with me. I rent with them on a regular basis. I just wish they would keep the same people longer than a few months. They are always new and ask me if this is my first time renting. It would be great if they had notes in there computer to tell them if the customer rents regularly.
