He was super responsive from first call to install day, gave me all the information I needed to make my decision and even gave his professional advice. Never felt rushed or upsold; Matt is a great listener and salesman for his product.
On install day the installer came on time, was done quickly and the final job looked better than I expected. Matt came to do the final inspection himself, and there were no hidden fees, just a lifetime guarantee!

Matt answered the phone quickly, was able to set up a time he could first inspect the area, and shortly thereafter we scheduled a date he could complete both. He did a wonderful job!!
