(January 31, 2019, 2:07 pm)3.5 year resident, happy to have moved here at age 70. Very friendly residents and staff, good food, convenient to Cupertino. Our health care facility is 5-star rated. Nice views of the open space too.

(October 15, 2017, 11:53 am)This is one of the nicest communities I have visited. There is a feeling of family and friendliness through-out the community and they have the best plan I have found. Since it is resident owned there is a savings in that no overhead is paid to some larger corporation by the members .Their Health Care facility offers the best care around with a staff that shows true skill and concern for their patients. They have Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing in the continuum, excellent PT and the best of dining.

(October 3, 2017, 12:14 pm)Excellent facility. I researched a number of skilled nursing facilities and The Forum was tops. My mother has been there for 3 months and 1month was under private pay. I wanted her there longer to obtain a higher level of independence. The staff is fantastic from administration down to the aids. She worked with PT and other therapists and all were patient and helpful. My mother actually hates to leave due to the staff. If the assisted living had space we would be staying.
Due to lack is space in assisted living she will need to move on but again the staff helped us fine a facility that will meet our needs for my mom in assisted living
