(July 23, 2022, 8:11 pm)I came here for a BBq party hosted by a friend who lives here! I really love the apartment complex. It is very clean and the leasing office seems to have state of the art technologies! But what threw me off was the experience I faced while at the BBQ cabana!
First off, we reserved a whole cabana and yet people who are a part of Markham didn't seem to respect that. They continued to ask us multiple times if they could use one of our assigned grills.
We were expecting to have the grills ready by 5 PM but to our shock, someone was there using both our grills. We had to wait for 30 mins for them to finish and clean up.
After that, we had a few other people come to the cabana and ask for the grills. Atleast three different families. We didn't have the heart to say no, so we let them use one of the grills but requested to have the kitchen counter.
Also, there's no changing room once you need to get dressed again so you'll have to use the gym bathroom if you really need to change! Just a heads up!
A heads up that no dogs are allowed at the pool! There aren't signs near the pool but it's in their policy!
(April 10, 2022, 6:54 pm)We just moved here before 2 weeks. We previewed before 2 weeks with Anita. Preview was excellent. Anita answered all related questions with courtesy. We liked so much that we booked immediately. With so many units in the complex, I am very surprised that landscapes are kept very neat and pleasing. Walkways so many and are always clean. My walking exercise is done on these walkways every day. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, party hall, and washrooms are all kept very clean. Anita and William at the office were very helpful. I reported a broken handrail on the stairs, and it was replaced without delay. Location next to Hi ways and shopping malls is very convenient.
(March 22, 2022, 6:00 pm)This review is for the Markham Office team and Chelsea Abalo. They just have an upbeat attitude and were very easy going when asking for help. If you're unsure about renting here? Just do it! The grounds and pool area are always clean and grocery stores are nearby. Awesome location!

Positives:
Location of the apartment is very convenient. Great school district if your kid goes to lottery schools.
Very close to parks and trails.
Management and maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly.
Amenities are well maintained and upscale. Pool, Gymnasium and lawns are very neat and outstanding.
The community has great social group and the proactive updates from management team make the community much sought after.
One downside I can think of is that some apartments facing the street are exposed to traffic noise.
