I've been taking my cars to Imperial Automotive for 20+ years. The staff is very friendly and honest. I recently had to have a battery replaced. I found that it was very hard to locate the exact battery but the people at Imperial found one and knew that it was special.

Owner of two medium to high mileage European cars (BMW, Fiat). Imperial provides good value/performance for money, good communication and stands by their work. Highly recommend.

I had my car repaired in this place. During the Covid19 period, I drove my car once a week. One day, I drove to a supermarket to purchase something. However my car had a lot of smoking and suddenly stopped working. I found it was because of shortage of coolant. I purchased a can of coolant from this store. I filled it up and drove a few miles. Then it stopped again. I talked to this auto care that I needed to bring my car fixed. They agreed to fix my car as soon as possible. I called my insurance company to have a tow car service. They fixed and replaced the pipe of coolant and checked car engine. The price is very reasonable. Thank you for the quick fix.

For over 4 years, I have been coming here for 100% of care for my two cars. I trust their recommendations and they are very honest. They once told me to sell my car instead of investing in repairs at their center. Who else would do that? :)

I had a great experience at Imperial Automotive. The CV axle on my car broke while my family and I were in Cupertino. I had my car towed to them and explained that I live near Sacramento and I'm stuck in Cupertino with a broke down car. They ordered the part right away, finished the repair quickly and charged a reasonable price. We were back on the road within a few hours. Thanks!
