  I lived at Siena for 8 years. My five star goes to the maintenance manager Oscar - always there to help, resolve anything small or big, anytime of the day.

  Manager Trong and Maintenance manager Oscar are the nicest and most helpful.
  
  It's a great apartment complex with amazing management who takes care of each unit and it's member's to a best level.
  
  Apt also have a good policies in place so that children's can play safely in and around the children's park. Overall we had a happy stay here and we highly recommend this apartment complex.

  Let me tell you about my time in Siena Apartments:
  1. Every issue that I had got resolved, swiftly. The apartment maintenance manager, Oscar, is very biased for action and resolved every problem that we had very quickly and without hesitation.
  2. Neighbors are quiet, respectful, kind. I never had any complaints about indoor/outdoor behavior.
  3. Personal parking space is spacious, public parking space is always available for 2nd car.
  4. Location is key: right on the 85, easy connection to everything.
  5. When I had to finish my lease, our landlord Mike was super supportive and helpful.
  
  When you rent an apartment, it's crucial that your property management will be supportive and fair.
  Siena's management is *exactly* that, and this is why I'm recommending them.

  My family and I have lived here for many years and we feel very lucky to have found Siena. Since we've moved in we have created so many fond memories inside our apartment, and with our community I can't ever imagine moving. I appreciate how hard Oscar our maintenance man works, and how friendly the office staff is whenever I go in with a problem. They work very hard to make us comfortable, and bring us together yearly for parties and celebrations. Siena staff has always accommodated us and have gone above and beyond the call of duty. We moved from out of state, and not being able to see the apartment before making a decision made me very apprehensive. Lily went out of her way to help me feel comfortable and confident about leasing. When I arrived my apartment was everything she had promised and more. Siena is definitely a well kept community, and raises the standard in customer service. :D

  I lived in Siena for one year. There are many pros and just couple cons in my opinion.
  Pros first: Nice location, good schools, park nearby, good management team,very clean territory, it's also a safe place (we had our new bikes on pretty low ground floor balcony, also many times forgot to close cars). We never have had any issues with repair service, if we had any problem it was fixed in one day. My kids loved parties that were organized by Siena, like Easter eggs hunting and back to school party.
  Cons: A lot of unsupervised kids, they ride bikes and scooters and make a lot of noise. Very small gym, only 3 machines sometimes you have to wait 30 min to do a work out. Problems with parking space if you have more then one car.
