Chicken Meets Rice (Cupertino)

Good self service for order, but no clear guide to order dark meet chicken in the computer system.

This is really authentic. Pretty close to how I had it in Singapore.

The quality of the food has been consistently good, the sauces were excellent and my family loved the chicken rice. My centenarian mom loves the Hainanese Chicken and the authentic tasting ginger scallion sauce. I am super impressed by the excellent customer service rendered to us when there was a small glitch with our order. I contacted the store and within 10 minutes I received a response. The young man was courteous, professional, and most of all, sincere and transparent. Being an experienced customer service caller and callee, I was very heartened by his candor and genuine care. Very very refreshing quality! My family will definitely come back for more.

Delicious Hainanese/Singaporean chicken place. I got 2 extra of the famous ginger sauces and just smothered everything in it. They have an easy-to-use kiosk computer menu ordering system that walks you through all the options.

Hainanese chicken was yummy. Will have to warm it up next time. 😂
