Squid Ink Hotdog is worth trying. It's split - half cheese and half hotdog. The spicy mayo on top brings out squid ink flavor and balances well with the cheese. Interesting how different flavors are more pronounced with the salt from the hotdog vs cheese. Delicious but a little too heavy!
You have to try these. Just simple hot dogs, cheese and rice cake. Amazing flavors. These are so good you will want to try various ones. So simple yet so good. Even for American tastes.
Saw an instagram post of this place and its prices and decided I had to try it. It's a tiny shop located in the corner of a plaza with really tight parking. It was really crowded in this tiny corner and it was a bit confusing to navigate. Everything is to go, as there is no space to sit down. I ordered the mozzarella and sausage dog and a plain hot dog. I also got the spicy rice cakes. They have a variety of sauces available. The corn dogs were really good! We aren't such fans of the potato and sugar, so we're glad the basics were still really tasty. The rice cakes were really spicy! We couldn't finish them because we actually couldn't handle the spice. I was overall impressed by this place and they are so much cheaper than the prices in SF. I'm sure the potato crust and sugar coating are also good if that's your style!
Hot dogs, Korean style. It looks like a corn dog but taste very different. It's hard to describe. I tried the rice base batter with the half mozzarella and hot dog. Be careful when eating! Wait for it to cool a little before taking a bite.
