Walmart Auto Care Centers

They , as Walmart ALWAYS does , did get the tires we ordered only they said they didn’t , cuz they were shipped as well, BIG ROUND MICHELIN 4X4TIRES SO THEY EA HAD A SHIPPING LABEL STUCK TO THEM! The manager saw only one with my name and couldn’t put 2 N 2 together - so they canceled my apt , BEFORE we even got there - my auto mechanic saved our Xmas holiday by picking them up FOR us & taking them to a Tire shop for alignment etc ! FIX AUTO BTW , don’t care what you need these people are TOP & I mean TOP NOTCH GO BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED, COMPANY . I love Walmart & they will forever have my loyalty- the Auto center however , needs to step aside , let me see for 3 weeks & it will be running tops & the team happy !

Robert one of the Manager's is absolutely 💯 amazing! He is above and beyond customer service and really helped us troubleshoot and get taken care of all the way with our tires. We will always drive to this location to ensure we book our appointments with him specifically.
