Alkalign Studios

I love Alkalign. I've been attending classes for many years and the workouts (particularly the Align classes) are essential to my health and mobility. For years I suffered with lower back problems on-and-off, and after I started regularly attending Alkalign classes the pain completely disappeared and has never returned. I appreciate the emphasis on functional movement, and I always feel stronger and accomplished at the end of every class. All of the teachers are so patient, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental. I'm so grateful for Alkalign and would recommend it to anyone.

I went to my first class this week. The teacher, Lizzie is really engaging and friendly. I was nervous to attend and am so glad I did! Will definitely go again next week. I liked their temporary location at House on First and look forward to seeing their studio one day:)

Of course I am biased, but I love that this studio is able to offer livestream, on-demand and outdoor classes. Classes are fun, holistic, and are designed to make you stronger while minimizing wear and tear on the body.

About as good as it gets when it comes to a serious gym. Great equipment, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I hope to make this my home away from home.
