Sleep Quest of Los Gatos was an experience that was both educational and professional. I definitely got my needs met and was extremely happy with the experience.

Have been to the Los Gatos SleepQuest twice, once for an APAP then for a BiPAP. They are easy toe work with and friendly. Both times everything was explained clearly and professionally. The last time my insurance company had given them some bad information and when I told them, they called and cleared it up right there and then.

I chose SleepQuest in Los Gatos due to the comparatively high reviews on Google Maps and Yelp, compared to the other providers who accept my insurance.
The high reviews turned out to be a great predictor of my experience! Appointment started on time, clear communication and forms, and I echo what others said about Andy's patient, respectful, and thorough walkthrough of the devices, masks, and features.

When I walked in for my appointment I was greetEd very nice by Andy and waited for a few minutes while he was getting some stuff ready before I was seen. He was very professional and knowledgeable with the product that he was showing me. I liked the fact that he explained and answered all my questions I had for him! I would recommend anyone to visit this place anytime and I would give them a 10 and an A+ for all their professional work! Thank you Andy and everyone at SleepQuest!
