Best MRI I’ve ever had! My technician was fabulous. I cannot remember her name, but I was there for memory issues. She had an Eastern European accent. So kind and reassuring. . Had an MRI scan for an injury. The front desk was courteous and helpful. The technologist was experienced, efficient, and guided me through all the steps. They were running a bit late, but I blame that on unrealistic schedules rather than the staff doing the work. They were great, and I would go to SimonMed if I ever need scans again—hopefully not anytime soon!

The front desk was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. I was admitted immediately. The technician assisted me onto the table (not an easy task) and kept me informed throughout of time left. As someone with claustrophobia, I was able to get through the test without sedative. Thank you.
