“Dr Millman is the reason my husband and I are parents. She greatly helped get my body back into sync so that I could conceive. My fertility doctors said I had a 5% chance of getting pregnant. Not only did I get pregnant but I did it in 6 months and with one Fallopian tube, i found out one tube was blocked. She has also helped me with my Rheumatoid arthritis which is now nothing compared to what it was when I was diagnosed. Recently I've had lots of digestive issues and we are working on resolving them. “Best workout I've had in years! I tried an XFIT class 6 months ago and I've been hooked ever since. I was a complete beginner, with no previous kickboxing or martial arts experience and the coaches were amazing at brining me up to speed. All of the coaches are great. I've spent the most time with Payam and he is one of the best coaches I've ever had for any sport. I love that I'm able to learn new techniques and get an amazing workout all in one class. The other students are incredibly encouraging and it's a really fun group to be a part of. I highly recommend trying a class, but be forewarned that you might become addicted.”
