Long overdue review on working with Debbie. I truly have nothing but good things to say about Debbie. I grew up in Milpitas, the home we were selling had been in our family for 30+ years. It was a tough decision and I was looking for a realtor who would be sensitive to our situation, understood the local market and it's nuaces, in addition to being responsive (because I can be very insistent with updates). Debbie was all of this and more. During our initial interaction, I had so many questions about the process and how she would react to a variety of different situations. Debbie didn't blow me off with foo foo calming words, she gave me the reality of the market and was genuine in each answer.
The good vibes continued when I decided she was the Realtor we would partner with. Debbie extended great recommendations and also supported our move out of the house with the use of her moving truck, which was complimentary!
