Employees at this place are very professional and very welcoming. I been renting storage units in this place numerous times and feel very satisfy with their service. reguardless if you go in person or on the phone, always my questions, concerns are answered.

Very straightforward and easy rental process. On-site manager Kham was very nice and efficient. Very clear on pricing and helpful in showing me multiple units I was interested in. I will be a long-time and happy tenant here im sure as they have cameras everywhere and each unit is sensored!! Highly recommend and I will be making referrals to friends and family no doubt. Thank you Kham!!

Updated review: As of December 2022, I have zero issues storing my belongings at North Milpitas storage and the facilities are the most secure and clean that I've ever rented from storage companies.

There is a great manager, and really secure location. Definitely feel that my belongings are more than safe here 🙏🏼☺️

Very clean, well lit ground floor units easily accessible 6am to 9pm. U-Pack ReloCube was not allowed within gated area but permitted on a parking spot for several days while I unloaded it using the provided push cart. Seems very safe with motion detector lights in the halls and units, security system monitoring each unit's access, cameras, sprinklers, and being very close to the police department.

Took advantage of reserving their moving truck, free within 30 days (plus $25 insurance), and found it very clean and capable, and they even provided a padlock. Just remember to bring your own straps and moving blankets, and to take a photo of the gas gauge before and after your rental. Also be sure to drive extra slow and carefully especially if your not used to driving such a large truck...with no backup camera.

(Chose this over the cheaper unit at Extra Space on McCarthy Ranch because their gate was malfunctioning due to high winds)

The manager was very informative, went out of her way to help me out with my decision making needs. Very patient, polite and understanding. Best storage experience Ever!

Im obsessed with this 99c store. They have such a great variety of items and they are well stocked. Really organized and clean too. Very convenient. The items are reasonably priced.
