(December 17, 2019, 2:38 am)Thie is my third time using Professional Carpet & Upholstery and I continue to have a great experience with them! They have cleaned my couch and my rugs, getting difficult stains out of each. They got red permanent marker and ink pen out of my couch after our 2 yr decided to create a beautiful drawing on it. Today Frankie & Nick were the technicians that came to my house. They were helpful, efficient and offered exceptional customer service!! I would highly recommend using these guys for any of your carpet upholstery cleaning needs!

Talked to Mark and he made it clear that customer service is their priority and generously offered to refund the service. I agreed to split the difference and he went above and beyond my expectations by adding a complimentary cleaning of 2 rooms in the future. I really appreciate the effort to rectify the situation, thank you Mark and QCC!

He took his time to ensure every piece of plastic was removed from under our car. We sincerely appreciated his wonderful demeanor and his well wishes for us to have a safe trip. In time when people are dismissive and impersonal it was a pleasure to have Kevin assist us in our time of need. THANKS KEVIN YOU'RE AWESOME!!
