(December 1, 2020, 12:08 am)I walked in today and I was relieved and happy for the help I got. Dianne was great at helping me resolve my simcard for my samsung unlock phone and able to offer me an ipad since my iphone is lost. I give 5 stars to this location and zero to the Greatmall location who have incompetent workers there along with the Manager.I suggest not to go Greatmall location it sucks there.
