Westmont of Milpitas

I could not ask for a better place for my Mum. The staff treats all of us like family. I live out if state but I know my mom is well cared for here. My mum is in the memory care part. My dad visits every day and they all treat him like a prince. It's hard to give them all praise but Junelle is a godsend to our family. Rita is so comfortable to talk to about issues with nursing stuff.. and staff. Jesus and Chris just give me such a sense of relief each time.. Lauren and Conrado run the place and they are amazing.

I love Westmont! I have had my Aunt there for about 4 months and she loves it. The time the staff and caregivers take is fantastic. They know her and always help her. And one of the most amazing parts about this place is the FOOD! The food is above fantastic. Definitely gourmet and delicious. And I am the ultimate food critic! It is not your regular 'nursing home' food in a can at all! Hats off and chef's kiss to Chef Romeo!

Our dad recently moved to Westmont, and so far, our experience has been positive. From the front desk associates, lifestyle director, med tech to the caregivers and the community relations director, even the residents there are all very welcoming, helpful and friendly. There were some hiccups along the way but everyone at Westmont has been wonderful at working with us to solve the challenges. The facility is very new, the rooms are modern, and all in all, we're quite happy to see our dad settling down in Westmont.

As a resident of Westmont of Milpitas, I enjoy the atmosphere of genuine care I feel from the staff that I come in contact with on a daily basis. When there is a question or something needs to be taken care of, someone will find the answer. The dining staff is very pleasant and offers an array of Asian fusion meals. There are plenty of activities to get involved in and daily movies in the theater. I enjoy the indoor pool. The residents are quite friendly. I've appreciated my time here with my mom.
