“I absolutely love dish n dash. This was my first time at this new location and it was very nice inside. Spacious seating and very clean. We went when it was really busy so it took half an hour for the dishes to come out which was abnormal, but food was delicious as always. Dish n dash has always been a little too salty for my liking and my chicken was a wee bit dry (when it normally isn't) but I didn't love it any less than I normally do. While this place has high costs, you get great value with large portions and quality food. My falafel was so beautiful with it being crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. This location also has all the sauces in one area where you pump the sauces yourself into the little plastic sauce cups. Compared to the Fremont location with the bottles you borrow, it produces more plastic waste but I understand that it may be easier to sanitize for the staff and refill a few large bottles than a lot of tiny ones. The chicken shawarma is forever my love.”

“This restaurant specializes in southern Vietnamese rice noodles. Cha Zio(Chả giò, Nem) in particular is fantastic. Unlike ordinary fried dumplings or spring rolls, jjajo uses rice paper instead of wheat flour as the dumpling skin. Hot rice noodles topped with chopped coriander always come to mind when the cold wind blows. I order extra coriander and it's my favorite option. The inside is very clean and the owner is kind. I was satisfied when I visited with my baby. It is a popular place for office workers on weekday lunchtimes.”

If I am paying over $90/person for an OMAKASE, I will expect the dinning environment should not see their storage stuff up to their ceiling. By the way, you really need to "de-bone" for the salmon soup, it's not a pleasant experience if I have to de-bone myself when I am paying $90 on sushi restaurant and also tips for dinning in. Fish bones are actually make me loosing appetise, or just give it up. I will be back for sure, but it will take a while for my next visit.”

The idlis alone were super filling and one portion of 3 idlis is usually enough for one person. The vadas were super crispy but had a lot of ginger flavor. “I remember Strawhat pizza when I was a kid and you’re still going strong today This particular straw hat has a full bar and great pizza, finger foods and Great sandwiches. “Grabbed takeout for lunch from here after having it recommended by the front desk person at my hotel. Got the popcorn chicken box with extra veggies and braised chicken. Arrived at designated pickup time, but order took another 5 mins, which was no big deal, as the gentleman at the window (maybe the owner?) was quite nice and warm in his communication. After a few mins, my name was called and my order handed to me nicely bagged up. Got back to the hotel and every single thing was correct and the food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. I could not finish it all in one meal, either. The fried chicken was really good, the steamed veggies were also great, and the tofu was excellent. The marinated eggs were not as good as the rest of the food (a little overcooked for my taste), but still good enough to make the overall experience a legit 5 stars. I'll be back soon.”
