Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went Saturday at 6pm and we were immediately seated (family of 4). The restaurant wasn't too busy ordered drinks, apps and meals all came in a timely manner. My daughter ordered a salad asked for no tomatoes (food allergy) and her salad came with tomatoes. It took 15min for a replacement salad. My husband ordered garlic fries and got regular fries. He just wanted to eat so he let it be

Excellent service. My daughter and I had a waiter name Jacob and we enjoyed his sense of humor and how well his customer service is. Very out going and did very good with checking up on his tables. The food was also excellent. Will come again and hope to have Jacob as my server again.

Hubby and I have eaten here twice in 2 weeks, customer service was awesome both times. From the greeter to the waitresses to the Managers, we were ask how everything was several times which I loved. Haven't had customer service in over 5 years like we experienced @Red Robin in Morgan Hill, CA. Thank you for being kind and liking your job, definitely will be back😁my hubby loves the burgers🍔😄

The waitresses are doing a fantastic job, tough gig in this heat, but they are great. Bartenders are making some great drinks! The little patio area definitely beats not having a place to go! Definitely recommend, and tip the girls well... they don't get very many customers with how few tables they have, and they are all working hard to make the best of it!
