Monte Vista Apartments

I highly recommend Monte Vista Apartments as this is a great community and led by a dedicated and hands-on management and maintenance team. I greatly appreciate all of the support that they provide to both residents and vendors alike. If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would.

Monte Vista is a wonderful place to call home.Humera is very kind and is very quick to to respond and to correct any issues with your apartment.She goes above and beyond for you .Also can’t forget maintenance,Manny also goes above and beyond for you.Nice grounds and pretty quiet.Thank you Humera for all that you do for the residents at Monte Vista.

I have been living here almost nine months. The complex and people working here are amazing. It's quiet, convenient, and neighbors are very friendly. I will not hesitate renewing my lease and cannot think of a better option in this area.

We have lived at Monte Vista for a little over three years now. We have lived in two different apartments here and recently moved to a fully renovated two bedroom, which is beautiful. We have been very happy with our apartments and with the management/maintenance. The complex is clean and well kept. One of the best aspects is its proximity to downtown Morgan Hill. We walk there very often. Overall, it’s been a great experience.
