I can't say enough about this therapist ~ this woman is simply AWESOME! Therapy terrified me, as you become so vulnerable. We crossed that bridge! This review is long overdue. Jessica is truly amazing. I had the hardest time realizing how I could truly help myself mentally and take charge and make changes, but after a few sessions, something clicked in my brain and I am seeing incredible changes in my life as I now see much clearer and can react and respond healthier to my family and friends. I am grateful such a wonderful therapist exists and cannot encourage you enough to make an appointment if you just need that one person to listen, be thoughtful, but direct and push you in the most respectful way. She is patient and listens intently. I can't thank you enough.
