Dawn and her team have gone above and beyond helping my five year old son improve his speech. Originally he struggled to be heard and understood clearly by his classmates and teachers; we loved how Christina came in-person while implementing the CDC guidelines from October 2020 to March 2021. She wore her mask and face shield at all times, and mentioned she is allowed to bring in one game at a time due to needing to wipe down after each client. She worked with our son by saying the practice word six to ten times and then rewarded him with games on her iPad or by playing his favorite games we have at home. At the end of each session, Christina spent ten minutes explaining the homework for the week which made sure I understood the sounds and tongue placement. Dawn and her admin team Tina also made the insurance and billing process really easy for us. I highly recommend Dawn and her team.

Gold Speech is a wonderful company of speech and language pathologists, owned and operated by Dawn Gold. It is located in the South Bay area serving communities throughout Santa Clara County including Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, San Jose, Palo Alto and Los Altos. Gold Speech will send a speech therapist to your home or child’s school. They provide intervention to babies and toddlers, children from preschool through teen years, and all the way to adulthood. Their therapy targets developmental language delays of all varieties, articulation sounds, Autism Spectrum Disorder, stuttering, voice and even accent reduction. Dawn Gold and her group of speech pathologists work with much kindness and compassion. I highly recommend them.

Having been supervised by Dawn herself during my clinical fellowship back in the day, there is no doubt in my mind that her practice delivers high quality therapy to their clients. I am the therapist I am today thanks to the wonderful guidance, support and mentorship I received from Dawn. Thank you!

My younger daughter needed speech therapy, and I didn't really want her to miss a couple of hours of school a week - the hour for the therapy and the time back and forth. Gold Speech has been super easy to work with - and therapy was willing to send a therapist out to the school (or, if you rather, to our home). In the past several months, my daughter has worked with Catherine and then Alison. She "graduated" in November - and she cried because she loved seeing her therapist so much! She can make all her sounds now, and she's much more understandable. As a bonus, both her spelling and her reading saw bumps from her improved speech! We love Gold Speech!!
