(December 6, 2021, 11:27 am)I have a 945am appointment on a Monday, yet decided to walk in to get it off my to-do list. Arrived at 6:50am and the building is dark with doors locked. By 7am, I saw someone turned on the light walked in Room 104 yet I can't enter the building.
5 minutes later when some worker (not LabCorp) arrived with a key to unlock the main door that I could finally get in.
Once inside Room 4, I was greeted and helped by Venessa in a very friendly and professional manner, which is highly recommended!! Everything was done pain-free in 10 minutes!!!
Venessa deserves a 5 star for sure! The one star missing was because of the locked door of the building at 7am when the lab is supposed to be open.
