Recently moved out from one of their apartment complexes after a few years and relocating for a new job. Have to say the workers at the apt. property were really on top of stuff, get back to you pretty quickly on fixing things. Also, I appreciated the quick turn around on a rental verification to get into my new place, which came late in the day, but they processed it because they new it was important and gave me high marks for my excellent payment history. Overall, they are good at what they do and would recommend.

ACCO Management is associated by Newport Apartments in Campbell. I lived at that property for a couple of years and their staff was always very professional and friendly when completing the work orders on a timely manner. This property management company is by far the best I've ever dealt with.

The best one EVER for me! I've lived here for one year at the Hillsborough Plaza and my experience so far is amazing!

Let me say first off that the entire staff – Nelly, Ben are wonderful. There has not been one issue I have ever had that I couldn't get resolved instantly and politely.

I am most appreciative to the corporate staff who expeditiously helped with my ADA requests/needs.

These are apartments are pretty good for the price here. Maintained good, get stuff fixed when I need it too and would recommend Cypress Point overall. I wish I could stay here but I lived there just over 20 months and would have stayed longer if not for my company laying people off. I could not afford the rent and also going through a separation now on top of it. I found out that when breaking a lease we still have to pay which was not good to hear, but the landlords are at least treating me like a human being and are working with me with some understanding for me and allowing me to make payments and just get back on my feet now that I have a new job.
