Gemello Village Apartments

My wife and I lived here at Gemello for 6 years in one of the 2 bed / 2 bath units. We loved this place a lot, and still cherish our fond memories of our time here.

Loved the well-maintained grounds with beautiful trees and calm walkways. We felt like we were coming back to a lovely secluded oasis every day after work. Even though the property is conveniently right next to busy El Camino Real, we didn't hear the road noise at all from inside our unit. Great location close to both the San Antonio Mall and downtown Mountain View, with easy access to freeways. Quiet neighbors and very responsive property manager (Marti is top notch!).

Honestly, I have almost no negative comments about Gemello. The only minor issues were some odd architectural design features of our unit's layout (the dining space was in an awkward corner) and the somewhat high rent (but, hey, it's Mountain View). These were definitely not show-stoppers though.

We moved out only because we finally bought our own place elsewhere. But if we had continued renting, we'd have loved to stay at Gemello indefinitely. Two thumbs up!

Had the pleasure of signing a lease w Marti. Quick, open, and efficient. Moved in within 4 hours of initiating the application process. The Leasing Office responds quickly to emails whether its for inquiries or maintenance requests

Maintenance here works fast. All maintenance requests here have been completed on the same day.
