  I’ve been having chiropractic care for 15 years and I move all around the country, so it’s always a little difficult to settle in with a new chiropractor. Dr. Chan is excellent. He always starts with a thorough assessment and immediately finds the places that need work. Then he realigns everything and takes his time and even explains what the problems are and how he is working to fix them. He’s very good and very professional.

  Dr Chan and his staff is very knowledgable and they pay attention towards a patient. I did multiple sessions with him for lower back and should pain. After 3 weeks I was pain free.

  TL;DR: Huge improvement in back and knee pain for me; reduction in neuropathic tingling for my mom.
  
  I went to Dr. Chan in great pain - I have chronic lower and middle back pain, and an eroded cartilage in my right knee. I had tried physiotherapy, meds, exercising the knee, not overworking it - but nothing was helping. I'd been to doctors and physiotherapists. When it got really bad, my partner recommended trying chiropracty. I was hesitant, but had nothing to lose at this point. Dr. Chan's assistant, Jennifer, is friendly, calm, and really tries to work with your schedule because she knows you're in pain. She got me the soonest appointment, and I found myself in a soothing office with massage tables and open doors. Dr. Chan himself is a very friendly, inquisitive and thorough doctor - he takes the time to explain the problems, figures out potential solutions and follows through the next time. He put heat pads and then gave me 10 min of tens therapy. Then he adjusted my spine. I'd been terrified at the prospect, but it felt like a weight had been lifted off my back. My inflammation reduced, and my pain practically disappeared that first visit. It came back eventually (as it does with lifestyle stressors), but the pain reduction overall, after 6 visits with him, has been huge (I'd say 80% reduction), and much more significant than I have had with any other solution. He's been adjusting my knee, and the pain has reduced a lot there, too.
  
  My mother was visiting me when I started visiting Dr. Chan's practice. She had a persistent neuropathy in her upper arms since her cancer treatment. He adjusted her spine and neck as well, and she's had a significant reduction in her neuropathy since (from until the elbows to only in the fingers and palm), along with better energy levels.
  
  Dr. Chan is amazing. I feel fortunate to have met him. He took away my pain.
