Citydog! Club

Absolutely the best spot I’ve ever found! And it’s 3-in-1! Daycare, boarding, and grooming all in one spot…and all top-notch services. For past boarding / daycare places I’ve used, cages were always the norm, and playtime with the other dogs mixed in. But here my little guy gets to hang in the play area with his friends all day and all night! He loves it sooooooooo much, and instead of me having to drag him in (like other spots) he runs toward the door each & every time. Go here and never look back!!! Oh and they have a webcam which is so much fun to see!!!

I had a really good experience during Zoey's meet & greet. Zoey has separation anxiety and get's fairly anxious when dropped off at daycare (especially new places). The Team was super nice, calm, and professional, which made her anxiety more manageable. There are a few things i really like about this place and listed below:

1) There are multiple play areas within a single large room, allowing the dogs to be paired with packs of similar temperament, while still being watched over by multiple staff within the room.

2) There is a potty section with fake grass in the center of every play area. Zoey does not do well completing potty on the floor, so having fake grass that is rinsed periodically helps. (indoors she often will hold it as she was house trained)

3) There is a window for all play areas that over looks the street. It helps for us to not step in front of it and sneak away unseen, but the window provides her a way to see the outdoor world and others pass by which i suspect soothes her.

4) They have hammocks elevated off the floor for the dogs to rest in. Whippets having low fat content prefer these over the floor and need a place to rest.

I have been taking my 11 year old Havanese Lola to CitYDog in Mt View for several years now and have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, compassion and care they show me and Lola. They recognize that Lola has some special needs and they are endlessly flexible, patient and loving with her. And with me as her neurotic mom! I also have her groomed there and they do a fantastic job. They are worth every penny for the peace of mind I have when I go to work overnight knowing she is safe and well cared for.

My dog, Paco, loves and gets excited to get dropped off at CityDog! Club. I don’t speak dog, but if I did I know he would say CityDog! Is the best daycare! We haven’t had any unpleasant experience in the past few years and enjoy how welcoming the staff is. I would definitely would recommend this for any pet owners. We used to live in Mountain View, and would make the drive to drop our dog here. 10/10!

I seriously can't get enough of Citydog Club Silicon Valley! I brought my little 13-year-old yorkie in for a haircut (he was WAY past due with quarantine) and the staff remembered him from months ago when he went to daycare. The staff was so friendly and his haircut was impeccable. It was super fast (1.5 hours) compared to other place's 3-4 hours. They know just how to take care of my senior dog, who's blind and has a weak trachea which causes him to cough a lot. I trust them with him completely. LOVE THIS PLACE!
