“I had a great experience working with Coach Murillo. I have suffered from long-standing back aches which did not really get better despite improving my posture and changing footwear. Coach created a custom program for me and we did multiple sessions of training online and in person. We worked on improving my mobility and stability by incorporating components of FRC and stretching. I have noticed a significant improvement in my back pain, as well as the overall health of all the joints. I plan to continue following Coach Murillo's program and recommend him highly to anyone looking to improve their functional fitness as well as any joint issues that you may need help working on.”

“Clean enough - is agas station. Convenient car wash with a discount on gas if you buy a wash. Every time I've had a questing the person in the booth has been helpful. The machines on the island are new and almost always working with receipt paper. The windshield washer buckets are mostly clean with at least some semblance of detergent. It's not worth removing a star but I wish the different wash options had better placement so to read them more easily.”

“I was nervous coming here post hospital stay because of the reviews, but after being here a couple days, I feel much better about my experience as the negative reviews have not been my experience at all. When I press the call light, someone appears within about 5 minutes, or sooner. After the first day my meds got dialed in and I've yet to be in a lot of pain. When I have been in pain and call on the nurse, she normally is here within a few minutes. When I've needed a diaper change because I can't stand or walk at this time, they are always right on it. I get a daily sponge bath until I can stand and get myself into a wheelchair and.thwn the shower. The physical therapy and occupational therapy will begin after the weekend but they have visited me daily and given exercises to do on my bed and have encouraged me to sit with feet on the floor when they are present. The food here is okay. I get fed at 7am, noon and 5pm.amd stuffed by the end of the day. There's a TV bedside and a big beautiful patio where I saw a doggy outside yesterday visiting someone. For in room visits, they allowed only one person at a time which is limiting but as my room is not private, so I understand the courtesy that needs to be extended to my roommate. I came here as they are equipped to give IV antibiotics and a wound vac which I have attached to my leg after a staph infection. So far this place exceeds my expectations and if that changes, I will update my review but after being here three days, I give them five stars!!!”

“Love the majority of the staff and the physician. Dr. Morgan-Roth is very knowledgeable and skilled with facial care/enhancements for those of us that want to age gracefully. ;) His assistances were great at keeping up with the high pace, high energy physician. Kudos to his staff, you all are amazing at what you do assisting him. The front office staff that answers the phone's really needs coaching on their professional skills, leaving a customer on hold for 35 minutes without so much acknowledging them is completely unprofessional and then expecting the customer to keep calling back(4 times) to reiterate the same request is not acceptable. Billing staff was great at following through as well, I know you are behind the scenes but you deserve acknowledgement for taking care of your customers. All in all great experience and love what I had done.”

“What a gem for the neighborhood for young families. Great for very young toddlers, even new walker. Most of the kids that come here are 4 and under. A great place to meet other new parents. So clean and well-maintained. Picnic table is shady the whole day. Total amount of shade is better in the morning than in the afternoon.”

“We visited this church during our vacation in the Bay Area. They have English, Chinese and Cantonese services. The church members are friendly and made us feel like family. The building itself looks like an apartment complex so it may be hard for the first time visitors to find this church. They have many programs and ministries for different groups.”

“I've belonged to three different CrossFit gyms, and CrossFit Palo Alto is hands down my favorite and the best I've experienced in terms of community, quality of coaching and programming. Tim is a super knowledgable, very professional, and will meet you where you're at whether it's your first fitness class ever or you've been working out for years. I really appreciate his emphasis on making CrossFit a sustainable practice and part of your weekly routine. He keeps the workouts challenging, varied and interesting. I been amazed by how much stronger and more physically capable I feel just from going to class twice a week. I highly recommend checking this gym out!”

The staff is super friendly, but there's lots to do and they can't be everywhere at once. The food tasted great. Would definitely recommend the duck curry. It's an interesting Chinese-Thai blend--roasted duck in a spicy Thai curry sauce. Would prefer this spot over Amarin Thai cuisine a couple blocks down.”

“My husband and I have been in the apartment for about a year now. We love that the amenities are well maintained, common spaces like club house and entertainment room are always kept tidy and maintenance requests get answered promptly. We recently renewed our lease and are looking forward to another year here. The year over year increase in rent is quite steep and needs interactions and some negotiation with the Management team. Our experience with management has been a bit of a mixed bag. But, more recently I am seeing some positive changes in their response rate and cooperation in working with tenants. Had a fantastic experience working with Susan and Tony on the On-site team at Verve. You are in good hands if you are working with Tony and looking to move to Verve. He is patient and actively worked with us to discuss options when we were looking to renew our lease and offered advice on how to work with the management team as well.”

“I was a bit nervous booking the consultation a year ago with Dr Ereso. I had had massive gyno for most of my teenage and early adult life, that the thought of the possibility of even getting it removed seemed so remote to me. But the staff as well as Alex himself were very friendly and answered every question as well as cleared up concerns I had. I knew almost immediately leaving the office that day that I wanted to book the surgery with doctor Ereso. The surgery is overall not cheap, but gave me my life and self esteem back three fold. And at that point, no price is too high for a greater quality of life. The results that came post surgery were worth every penny. Dr Ereso is very down to earth, and walks you through every step of the way. I am very satisfied with how my chest looks now and cannot recommended this process enough to any man dealing with gyno.”
