I admit to feeling intimidated before having gone in (Nespresso just seems so pretentious from a distance), but I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable by the staff. The free tasting was a great perk and I loved the recycle bag so I can bring my pods back for reuse. I would give 5 stars, but the location inside the Sur La Table was a little odd. I had browsed and decided to buy a few other items. They have to ring you up separately (one purchase at Nespresso, the other purchase at Sur La Table). This was a minor inconvenience.

(October 26, 2018, 1:34 am)I purchased a Nespresso for my sisters birthday and we went here to check out the coffees and accessories. The staff is so knowledgeable about the products it's super helpful. I decided now I had to have one.. these are the best coffee makers and I could go on and on, but I say go get one or go to this location and see if they don't impress you as much as I was.
