I have been going to Mission Fitness Boot Camp now for almost two years. I was going to gym 4-5 days a week and felt like I was not getting anywhere. A friend recommended I come out and try the bootcamp. It was nothing like I imagined it to be. The group of woman there came in all shapes and sizes. All the woman there were so supportive and enthusiastic. I didn't feel intimidated at all. Lindsay was great in helping me with my form and level I should start out at. Today, I feel great, lost close to 42 pounds and feel strong. All of this in the great outdoors of Leland High School in the mornings! I recommend Mission Fitness Bootcamp to all woman in Almaden Valley! Don't worry about your size or ability...that is what the bootcamp is for!!

I have been working out with Lindsay Barker of Mission: Fitness Boot Camp for 6 months. His fitness boot camp in Almaden Valley is the best. It's at Leland High School from 5:30am until 6:30am every weekday. I get a great workout every day, am stronger than I've been since college, have lost 25 pounds, and am in a MUCH better mood.
