We met him during an open house in East Palo Alto. We believe he is very competent and efficient in his job. Graeham will go above and beyond to make sure you will find the right home. He wrote competitive offers that protected us from sellers shopping the price and even gave out several suggestions on renovations. We were on the market for a fixer-upper.

As for the comment from another user below saying,
"...he will not think twice about selling you a house in a neighborhood where your family may feel socially unwelcome."
I would love to point out that because of the Fair Housing Act, all real estate agents cannot advise or voice out their opinion about a neighborhood. Can you imagine an agent saying, "Don't buy a house here, this community is mostly *insert race here*." A simple statement about a community can easily be seen as discriminatory.
