(November 15, 2019, 5:30 pm)I have done Sculptsure here, the staff is very patient and friendly, the first time they stayed late until 8:30pm to finish my Sculptsure and always wait by side to make sure everthing goes well. I can see the result that greatly reduce my doubly chin. A great place!

(January 14, 2019, 1:43 pm)The staff is excellent. I did have to wait over 40 minutes for my appointment. They were very apologetic explaining that there had been an electrical outage in the morning causing a huge back-up in appointment times. That being said, Dr. Chen was extremely informative about the procedures they offer and she answered my questions and explained the costs. I do not have acne, scarring or discoloration. I went to this office to discuss aging, sagging skin problems. I opted to have the hydrafacial and left the office with skin feeling clean and smooth. I am considering having some of their other procedures done.

(August 23, 2018, 3:01 pm)I had an excellent consultation with Dr. Chen. The office is modern, clean, and well organized. It is better than most offices I have visited here. I found the receptionist, Loan, to be friendly and efficient in scheduling my appointment. The Cynosure Lasers offered and service packages by Dr. Chen are the best quality and value I have experienced so far in the San Jose area (after decades in NYC).
