Optimize Pelvic Health

Dr. Janet has been so incredibly helpful, supportive, and kind. I have been struggling with ongoing health problems for years, and about six months ago was told to do pelvic floor PT to help. Even after the first session with Dr. Janet, I started to feel better. Each time I visit she assesses my specific needs for the day tackling not only pelvic floor and related issues, but also stress management. Jalisa, the administrator for the office, is so friendly, kind, and organized. I cannot recommend this practice more highly!

Working with Dr. Janet and being so warmly welcomed by both her and Jalisa has made the process of receiving Pelvic Floor Therapy so healing and supportive in my journey towards easing the pain of endometriosis. I'm very impressed by her knowledge of the body, organs as well as her trauma informed approach to working with folks navigating medical grief/trauma. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking relief from pain, increased functioning and who want to experience genuine care from a medical provider.

Dr. Janet was amazing to work with. Each session I felt like she was listening to me and taking the time to really figure out what my body needs. She was always respectful and easy to work with. I also love the app and the videos that go with the exercise, insuring I am doing them correctly at home.

I came to Janet to get second opinion about my diastis recti, as I was not happy with my previous therapist. I am so glad I decided to see Janet. She is very knowledgable and follows a hollistic approach rather than focusing only on problem area. I came to Janet to regain my abdomenal strength postpartum but she also treated me for the other issues I was having that were so connected to one another. It was amazing experience.

I was looking for pelvic floor therapist after my delivery, and I am so glad I was refer to Dr. Janet by my other PT. From day one She has not only helped me on my journey to heal but also encouraged me and shown me different ways along the way. Dr. Janet really cares about her clients and she brings in all her knowledge in such a warm and comforting way. She is truly amazing and I am so grateful for all she has done to help me! I was completely recovered in just 4 sessions, wish I had known about Dr. Janet much sooner!! Also, Jalisa was extremely kind, accommodating and helped me so much with scheduling the sessions, the process was seamless. Overall amazing experience and can't recommend them enough :)
