  We called Fix It Right Appliance Repair to look into our dryer that wasn't heating up properly. Richard, who was our dryer mechanic from Fix It Right, not only diagnosed the issue and fixed it but also provided excellent customer service. I will definitely rely on Fix It Right for any household repairs!

  Whenever my washing machine or refrigerator show tantrum, I look up to these guys, as they help me like no one else. Immediate solutions are provided and within a few hours, my equipment are back to life.   Professional, thorough, and polite. My teenager thought it would be great idea to pry open the locking mechanism on our washing machine thus breaking it. The washer was also sounding like a freight train on the spin cycle. Richard took it apart, fixed the bearings, and basically refurbished the entire device. He was professional, thorough, and polite. I put his contact information all throughout the house so we can easily call him if ever needed again.

  I was able to schedule a service appointment within a few days of when I called, and they were friendly and organized. I got an appointment reminder via email. Richard arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the washer to diagnose what the issue was. The service call fee was also reasonable. I would call them again for appliance repair.
