(April 5, 2019, 11:32 am)I bumped into Gregorio & told him some light bulbs were out from my bathroom & had a hard time seeing. Gregorio changed my light bulbs with no work order & without hesitation. Now my bathroom is nice & bright! Thanks Gregorio for illuminating my day!

(March 21, 2019, 9:22 pm)I have been living here since end of April 2017 and found how convenient I am near to everything. So close to every major hwy, grocery store, and restaurants. Plus how quiet this area is, makes it good if your looking for peace of mind. Parking is great and apartments are bigger than you expect. Facilities team respond to issues very quickly. Pools are great with awesome bbq grills (never run out of propane). Great for entertainment. Only complaint I have is that washer and dryer need updated. Laundry mat across the street(basket Robins next door) Also Bart (subway) will soon be completed this fall. So going into San Francisco will be a breeze.

Update - We have been residents for more than 3 years. The maintenance is really great and prompt. Gregorio was very helpful recently when we had some issues in the house. He is really great in his work. And we like the location, it is perfect for us.
